Listen. Collaborate.
Mix it up.

ASK
What is the story of the space?
How do we want people to feel in it?
What weird and wonderful details can we explore to reveal the soul of the space?

CREATIVE TRIBE
Through years of collaborating with a mix of talented makers, artists, and entrepreneurs, I’ve learned the value of building bridges across disciplines and bring the wisdom of the tribe to new projects. Dedication and flexibility go hand-in-hand as I work with clients.

WABI-SABI
In 1994, a friend gave me a brown paperback book called Wabi-Sabi for Designers, Poets, Artists, and Philosophers. I didn’t realize at the time how much the book’s principles would align with my creative approach and continue to guide my work today. The idea that beauty resides in imperfection, simplicity, and the unfinished is my starting point. It invites the possibility and magic of what might happen next. Combining something old with something new, adding to the story, celebrating the juxtaposition. To me, harmonizing unrelated, interesting elements is a joy.
